The number and size of your items, and the number of deliveries required, will determine the cost of shipping. We will split your order into deliveries, and assign the shipping method(s) that get the item(s) in your order to you quickly, safely, and economically. The shipping methods and prices for your order will be displayed clearly at checkout.
A note that most rugs from our selection ship free, as do pillows when you order two or more.
Parcel
We use parcel shipping services to send compact items quickly and cost effectively. You package will be tracked from our warehouse facility to your home. You can expect your item to arrive with UPS or FedEx.

Freight
We use freight services to send larger, more bulky items that are not able to be cost-effectively delivered with parcel shipping. A delivery team with a truck will deliver your item(s) to your front door or threshold. The cost of a freight delivery is 10% of the delivery subtotal.
White Glove
We provide white glove delivery services on our largest, most expensive items to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. A delivery team will deliver and assemble your item in the room of your choice and remove any packaging.

We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside of the United States.
We are not currently able to deliver to APO or FPO addresses.
Our goal is to deliver your product in the quickest and most cost-effective way available.
In most cases, in-stock items will be processed and leave our warehouse in:
Parcel deliveries: 1–3 days.
Freight and white glove deliveries: 3–5 days.
Actual delivery time will vary based on your location and the specific items you are ordering. Please note that this does not include manufacturing time for products that are made to order.

Our goal is to take care of your furniture as if it were our own. Joon Loloi includes white glove delivery service on all large furniture items to ensure your items arrive in premium condition. This service includes bringing the items into your home, placing them where you’d like, and discarding of any packaging material.
Please request to keep packaging in the event you wish to return your item within the 30-day window.
Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for return-shipping costs.
Please Note: You will be asked to inspect your item prior to the carrier leaving your home. By signing off on delivery, you are confirming your item was in perfect condition, as intended.
