We collect sales tax as required by law. It is applied to your purchase at checkout, in accordance with your state’s sales-tax rate.
For trade customers with a tax-exempt status, please ensure your relevant certifications are up to date and on file.
Promotional codes can be applied to eligible purchases at checkout. It is important to note that promotional codes, and any associated offers, can only be applied during defined promotional periods. The code must be used at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once the order is placed.
It is possible for promotional codes to have restrictions. Our website will list any restrictions during the promotional event.
Your form of payment will not be charged until your items have shipped. For that reason, we complete an authorization on your payment method every 7 days (except in the case of a purchase for made-to-order items). If your funds status changes from the time you place an order, and when the reauthorization occurs, you will receive an email to the address provided during checkout.

A refund for a return will be issued once the applicable items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Once processed, the refund timeframe can vary, depending on your financial institution (refunds typically take 5-7 business days).
